A Journey from Intern to Front-End Developer
What sets our program apart? We keep our groups small, typically hosting only 1 to 3 interns. This ensures a personalized and immersive learning environment where mentors can provide dedicated time and attention to each intern.
But that’s not all. At Noction, every intern has the opportunity to secure a job offer upon successful completion of the program. This demonstrates our commitment to investing in your future, fostering your growth, and guiding you toward success in the tech industry.
Now, let’s hear from Cristian, a graduate of last year’s Front-End Development internship. He’s eager to share his inspiring journey from intern to full-time front-end developer, showcasing the incredible learning opportunities and achievements that await you here.
What’s cool about working at Noction?
What I love most about Noction is how it sparks creativity. It’s not just about generating ideas; it’s about feeling like your ideas really count, regardless of your position or how long you’ve been with the company.
Moreover, there’s a constant stream of new knowledge to acquire here, so I never feel like I’m stuck doing the same old thing. This dynamic environment keeps things lively and every day brings something new to the table.
Can you describe the “Noction experience” in three words, capturing the essence of what makes it unique for interns?
Supportive, Innovative, Growth-oriented.
Imagine meeting yourself on the first day of the internship. What advice would you give to the past you, knowing what you know now about the Noction experience?
Thinking back to my first day at Noction, I totally remember feeling way out of my comfort zone. But you know what? That’s how the magic of progress happens. Once I started embracing the challenges, asking questions, and getting guidance from my mentor and experienced colleagues, things started falling into place.
So, if I could go back, I’d say to my past self, “”Hey, it’s totally fine to feel a bit overwhelmed at the beginning. Don’t be afraid to tackle challenges head-on, keep that curiosity alive, and embrace the journey of growth and development.
