You agree that any feature information, ideas, or other submissions you provide to Noction (“information/ideas”), is or will be under and subject to the conditions set forth herein. You affirm that you have read and understood these terms. You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree that by submitting information/ideas, you acknowledge and agree that such information/ideas are not confidential and that Noction has no obligation to respond to, or confirm the receipt of such information/ideas. You warrant that no other person or corporation has a property interest in the submitted information/ideas. You understand and acknowledge that Noction may itself be developing and reviewing similar information/ideas, and/or that Noction may have received or may someday receive similar information/ideas from others. You agree and acknowledge that Noction shall be free to use any information/ideas that you submit for any purpose, including their use in the development and/or maintenance of Noction products and services without any obligation to you.
